Abdullah Saleh Abdullah Kamel
Chairman
Abdullah Saleh Abdullah Kamel holds the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors at Umm Al Qura for Development and Construction. He also chairs the Board of Directors of both Dallah Albaraka Holding Company and Dallah Albaraka Investment Holding Company, as well as Almasaha Alhurra Investment Company.
Previously, Mr. Kamel served as Chairman of the Board of Directors at both Sinad Holding Company and Amlak International for Real Estate Finance. Additionally, he was a member of the Board of Directors at both Emaar the Economic City and Bank AlJazira.
Mr. Kamel holds an honorary doctorate in Business Administration and Development from the American Institute of Applied Sciences in Switzerland.
Abdulrahman Mohammed Abdullah Al-Rashid
Vice Chairman
Abdulrahman Mohammed Abdullah Al-Rashed has held the position of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Executive Committee at Umm Al Qura for Development and Construction since 2017.
He also chairs the Board of Directors of Integrated Cable and Fiber Optic Company, Tharawat Tuwaiq Capital, Tadawul Real Estate Company, and AlAhli REIT Fund (1). For Tharawat Tuwaiq Capital and Tadawul Real Estate Company, he also chairs the Executive Committee.
Previously, Mr. Al-Rashed served as Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee at Alinma Investment Company, and as Vice Chairman of the Saudi Capital Market Authority. He has also held several administrative positions at the Saudi Central Bank.
Mr. Al-Rashed holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from King Saud University.

Previously, Mr. Al-Blowi held several important positions in the general administration of local real estate investments at the Public Investment Fund between 2019 and 2022.
Mr. Al-Blowi holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Portland State University in the United States, as well as a Master's degree in Business Administration from London Business School in the United Arab Emirates.
Jehad Abdulrahman Suleiman Al-Kadi
