Biography of Mr. Abdulrahman Al-Rashed

Mr. Abdulrahman Al-Rashed holds the position of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, an independent member, and held several positions in the Capital Market Authority, the Central Bank of Saudi Arabia and Tadawul. 

Mr. Al-Rashed chairs the board of directors of Alhly REIT Fund (1), Tadawul Real Estate Company, and Alinma Investment Company, and serves as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Diriyah International Consulting Company.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from King Saud University.
