Biography of Ahmed Alromaih
Ahmed Alromaih is a non-executive member of the Board of Directors. He is also an advisor to the President of Investment and Fund Development at the General Commission For the Guardianship Of Trust Funds for Minors and their Counterparts. He worked as Director General of the Investment commission at the Authority. Prior to that, he heads the investment consultancy committee at Al Inmaa investments in addition to leading the products launch at the Capital Market Authority.
Alromaih established the first endowment investment fund in the Kingdom – AlInma Wareef Investment Fund. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of a number of endowment, real-estate, investment and private equity funds.
Alromaih earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration (Financial Management major) from King Saud University in 2007. He later completed his Master’s with honors in financial management from the United Kingdom in 2010. He also holds many certificates: international certificate in wealth and investment management, a financial management certificate from Cambridge University, in addition to obtaining a number of specialized courses In the field of management and investment from international universities and centers, such as: London Business School LBS, and the International Institute for Management Development IMD, Harvard University.
