Our Framework is built on three strategic pillars based on our most important material topics and aligns with international and national ESG agendas. Each ESG Pillar represents the focus area for realizing UAQ’s vision, along with the enablers that act as the tactical drivers for achieving UAQ’s ESG targets and objectives. Structure
Our ESG governance structure defines clear roles and responsibilities to achieve short-, medium-, and long-term sustainability objectives. The Executive Committee oversees ESG material topics, while our dedicated ESG Team coordinates the implementation of the framework across the organization.
