Environment

Masar Destination embodies UAQ’s vision for a sustainable, innovative, and community-centric development in terms of design, construction, and operation.

It relies on a carefully conducted Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and hydrogeological impact study to make informed decisions throughout the project development, right from the design stage. This approach ensures minimal impact on the surrounding environment and local water systems, in particular, groundwater basins and the Zamzam regime.

Masar Destination’s iconic vision and planning principles are reflected in every aspect of its construction, showcasing a world-class design that champions creativity, sustainability, and responsibility.

At UAQ, we embrace diversity and inclusion, fostering original thinking while eliminating inequalities. We prioritize the wellbeing and continuous development of our employees through a strong focus on occupational health and safety, investment in learning and upskilling, and the implementation of welfare measures and programs. Governance

We believe that strong governance and risk management are essential for driving effective business practices. Our governance structure centers around a Board of Directors and three specialized subcommittees: Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Executive Committee, and Audit Committee. The Board leads key ESG decisions, while the Executive Committee provides guidance on ESG objectives, progress, and performance, and corporate social responsibilities.

Our governance model is built on transparency, equality, and business ethics.
