Our governance structure centers around a Board of Directors and three specialized subcommittees: Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Executive Committee, and Audit Committee. The Board leads key ESG decisions, while the Executive Committee provides guidance on ESG objectives, progress, and performance, and corporate social responsibilities.
